Service Description

The monitor is carefully disassembled to inspect the LCD/OLED panel, LED backlight assembly, power supply unit (SMPS), inverter/driver boards, signal processing PCB, and input interfaces (DVI, HDMI, SDI). Faulty components—including power ICs, capacitors, regulators, backlight LEDs, driver circuits, and connectors—are repaired or replaced using ESD-safe workstations, precision soldering tools, and hot-air rework equipment. Image-related issues are corrected through panel calibration, backlight uniformity adjustment, color temperature tuning, contrast balancing, and gamma correction to meet surgical visualization standards. Mechanical elements such as mounting frames, cooling fans, and ventilation pathways are serviced to ensure thermal stability during prolonged procedures. Final validation is carried out using laparoscopic camera systems, medical light sources, and surgical CCUs to confirm true color reproduction, sharp resolution, stable input switching, and long-duration performance under simulated OT conditions.
