Service Description

The light source is fully disassembled to inspect the lamp module (Xenon / LED), power supply section, ignition circuits, driver boards, cooling system, and optical pathway. Faulty components including lamps, LED modules, power MOSFETs, capacitors, transformers, and control ICs are repaired or replaced using ESD-safe benches, precision soldering, and hot-air rework stations. Optical components such as reflectors, lenses, and light guides are cleaned and realigned to ensure maximum light transmission and uniform output. Cooling systems—including fans, heat sinks, and thermal sensors—are serviced to maintain correct operating temperature and prevent thermal shutdowns. After electronic and optical restoration, the light source is calibrated for consistent brightness, correct color temperature, and stable output under continuous operation. Final testing is performed with laparoscopic fiber-optic cables, camera systems, and surgical monitors under simulated OT conditions to verify long-duration performance and safety compliance.
