Service Description

We perform complete internal disassembly to inspect the CMOS sensor module, optical block, PCB circuitry, power regulation stages, and signal processing components. Damaged sensors, ICs, connectors, flex cables, and electronic components are repaired or replaced using ESD-safe workstations, precision soldering tools, hot-air rework stations, and optical alignment equipment. Final testing is performed using medical-grade light sources, camera control units (CCUs), surgical monitors, and simulated operating conditions to verify image stability, resolution, and long-term reliability. We have specialized experience in Stryker and Karl Storz laparoscopic camera systems, while following compatible repair standards for all major brands.
