Service Description
The generator is fully disassembled to inspect the power supply section, ultrasonic drive circuits, control PCB assemblies, feedback and sensing circuits, communication interfaces, and cooling system. Faulty components—including power MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, regulators, relays, transformers, control ICs, and connectors—are repaired or replaced using ESD-safe workstations, precision soldering, hot-air rework stations, and component-level diagnostics. Output sections are tested and recalibrated to ensure stable ultrasonic frequency, correct power delivery, and consistent tissue response. Handpiece ports, footswitch connectors, and internal cabling are repaired or replaced to eliminate signal loss and intermittent activation issues. Cooling assemblies—including fans, heat sinks, and thermal sensors—are serviced to maintain proper thermal regulation during prolonged operation. Final validation is performed using original handpieces, footswitches, and simulated surgical load conditions to confirm reliable activation, controlled energy output, system stability, and long-duration performance.
