Service Description

The processor unit is fully disassembled to inspect the power supply modules, video processing boards, DSP/FPGA sections, memory ICs, control logic circuits, and communication interfaces. Faulty components—including power regulators, capacitors, memory chips, processors, signal-conditioning ICs, and connectors—are repaired or replaced using ESD-safe workstations, precision soldering tools, hot-air rework stations, and component-level diagnostics. Final testing is performed using compatible camera heads, light sources, and medical-grade monitors under simulated clinical conditions to verify consistent image output, processing stability, and electrical safety. Endoscope insertion tubes and optical scopes are not repaired, ensuring focused expertise on processor-level electronics and imaging performance.
